COVID-19 GUIDELINES
While much of our support is currently occurring via telehealth, the following safety precautions are in place for those that warrant in-person sessions.
Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic
Covid-19 Response
• Office seating in the waiting room and in counseling rooms allow for appropriate physical distancing.
• Staff maintains safe distancing.
• Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
• Hand sanitizer is available in office foyer, the waiting area, and the counseling rooms.
• We schedule appointments at specific intervals to allow time to sanitize counseling rooms between sessions.
• We ask all clients to enter the building no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
• Clipboards, pens and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
• Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
• Common areas are disinfected mid-day and at the end of each day.
