Co-Founder / Psychotherapist
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
If you have any involvement at all in this world, you’ve probably done your fair share of worrying!
Maybe you’re overwhelmed with day to day responsibilities, or you’re feeling unsatisfied or stuck in this juncture of life, or maybe your teen is becoming way too grouchy. Perhaps those closest to you are noticing that you’re more irritable, yelling more, less talkative, or checked-out. It seems like the harder you try, the more stressful things become.
Whether you are parenting a teen, single or in a relationship, life happens, and at times throws you off track. You do not have to deal with these frustrations alone. You can feel better.
As a man, a husband, and a parent of three boys, I understand how these challenges can leave you feeling exhausted, and looking for answers. As a Therapist, I am here to support you, and help guide you through these difficult times. Through working with me, my clients feel better about themselves, and improve their relationships with family, friends, and spouses.
Professional Background…
I have more than 18 years of experience helping men, women, and children who have experienced anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career struggles, and many other issues. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Masters degree from Webster University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. I love helping teens and adults live happier lives.
Personally…
I am an avid North Carolina Tar Heels basketball fan, who loves the game and the benefits that team sports provide. I have 3 sons, ages 12, 15, and 18, who keep me focused and busy. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching a good movie, and coaching youth sports. I am encouraged and supported by my loving wife of 20 years, who shares the love for helping others with me.
