Fees and Insurance

We’d love to support you on your wellness journey. You are making an invaluable investment into your wellbeing. When considering the costs, keep in mind the benefits to your overall quality of life. Our goal is to guide you and your family to create peace of mind, where life becomes more than just living.

Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate upon request or when you schedule services with Isaiah Counseling & Wellness.

Counseling Fees
Our standard fees are $190 for each Initial Assessment and $170.00 for each 50-55 minute session thereafter. Fees may differ, depending upon the therapist, and may be slightly more or less than the aforementioned amounts. If this is the case for your Therapist, that will be communicated with you prior to the start of services.

All fees are due at the time of service.

Accepted Forms of Payment
We require a card be placed on file in order to facilitate an efficient payment process for services. We accept all major credit/ debit cards, as well as HSA/ FSA cards. Your card information will be stored via PCI-compliant encrypted code with our credit card processor, Global Payments, Inc. If you are seen in person and choose to pay cash, we will honor that request and will not process the card on file for that session. We will provide a receipt for payment for personal tax purposes.

Insurance
We are in-network with the following insurances:

BCBS
AETNA

If you elect to use health insurance, and we are in-network, we will file those claims for you.  We encourage you to contact your insurance company to answer questions you may have about the extent to which our fees are reimbursable. If we are out-of-network, at your request we will provide you with a detailed receipt (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment if the need arises. If you must cancel, please give at least 24-hour notice. If adequate notice is not provided, you may be charged the full session fee.
