Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

Squeeze your potential until it begs for mercy!

Life is full of should haves, could haves, and would haves… “IF.” If I wasn’t abused in childhood, if my relationship was healthier, if my family dynamics were better, if I lived up to my greatest potential. It often feels like something is getting in the way, like peace is just out of reach, like things will never be better than they are right now.

Whether for you as an individual, a couple, or a family, there is opportunity for healing, transformation, and growth. Understanding the past, gaining coping skills, and changing some of our thought patterns, is the catalyst toward peace of mind, healthy relationships, and achieving personal goals. A process you don’t have to face alone.

Trust me, I’ve tried! For years I sought out self-help books and spiritual intervention. While they helped some, it wasn’t until I started counseling, along with those things, that I truly began to see a difference in how I understood myself and ultimately showed up in the world. Now, I’m committed to offering that same support to others!

I offer a safe space for individuals and couples’ personal, spiritual, and sexual identity exploration, no matter your background. Clients often comment on the calming tone of my voice. When working with me, they are not only empowered, but equipped with the tools to make lasting change in their lives.

Professional Background…
Over the years, I have supported individuals and couples with concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustments, family issues, life stress, work stress, and more. I am grateful for the opportunity to support you through some of life’s challenges.

I hold credentials as a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and as a Crisis Prevention Institute Nonviolent Crisis Interventionist. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.

Personally…
Outside of work, I can be found spending time with family, friends, and my spiritual community. I love decorating, cooking, reading, an oxford comma, and anything adventurous!
