Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “Life would be better if…”
If I hadn’t gone through what I did as a child.
If my relationship felt safer and more loving.
If I felt more connected to God.
If I didn’t always feel like peace is just out of reach.
If these thoughts sound familiar, you’re not alone. Life has a way of piling on disappointments and what-ifs, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, or like things may never change.
But here’s the truth: healing is possible. You can experience peace, deeper connection, and a sense of purpose, starting right where you are.
I know this not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s been there. For years, I leaned on self-help books and tried to figure it all out on my own. While they helped some, it wasn’t until I started counseling, along with those things, that I truly began to see a difference in how I understood myself, and ultimately showed up in the world with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
Now, I help individuals and couples do the same.
In our work together, I offer a peaceful, judgment-free space where you can unpack your story, explore your identity and beliefs, and learn practical ways to help you feel more grounded and confident. Whether you’re dealing with pain from your past, relationship struggles, or simply want to reconnect with yourself and your faith, I’ll walk beside you.
I offer a safe space for individuals and couples’ personal, spiritual, and sexual identity exploration, no matter your background. Together, we’ll work to calm your nervous system, heal the parts of you that feel unseen or unheard, and move toward the life you’ve been longing for – one filled with peace, purpose, and real connection.
Professional Background…
Over the years, I have supported individuals and couples with concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustments, family issues, life stress, work stress, spirituality exploration and more. I am grateful for the opportunity to support you through some of life’s challenges.
I hold credentials as a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and as a Crisis Prevention Institute Nonviolent Crisis Interventionist. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
Personally…
Outside of work, I can be found spending time with family, friends, and my spiritual community. I love decorating, cooking, reading, an oxford comma, and anything adventurous!
