Happiness is not a matter of intensity, but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.

Co-Founder / Psychotherapist

If we’re being completely honest with ourselves, we know that life can be very stressful. With so much going on from day to day, it’s easy to get overwhelmed or feel sad or lost.

It doesn’t have to stay that way.

I have experienced similar things, and had to work through my own personal process to feel better. That’s when I realized my passion for counseling. Coming through my own struggles, I believe, helps me understand and help my clients reach their personal goals.

So believe me when I say, you CAN create your “better”!

When working with me, my clients smile more, and have more confidence. They feel good. They express themselves better, and have more peace and stability in their relationships. Spouses build closer, more trusting relationships with their mate. I help women accept themselves – their flaws and their brilliance – and bring their absolute best to their relationships.

Professional Background…
For over 20 years, in a range of settings, I have helped men, women, children, parents, and couples who have struggled with depression, anxiety, loss, self-esteem, relationship problems, and a number of other issues. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

On a slightly personal note…
I am celebrating 18 years of marriage this year, and I’m the mother of three amazing boys. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time laughing and having fun with family and friends. I’m honored for the opportunity to support my clients through their personal journey. I’m truly grateful to God for entrusting me with this very special assignment, that of connecting with people and helping them find solutions to their problems.
